FOXTROT
What does a Foxtrot sound like?
Foxtrot is a smooth dance that moves counter clockwise around the dance floor. Foxtrot is the classic dance for wedding receptions and other social events.

Foxtrot is a great dance for beginners. It feels like a stroll in the park with some rhythm thrown in. It's a slow dance that is easy to get the hang of.

Foxtrot is extremely versatile and can be danced to a variety of musical styles and tempi. A tempo of 120 – 126 beats per minute in 4/4 time works best for learning the Foxtrot.
